A persistent pattern of precipitation will ease up as the jet stream heads up. Back to Canada, where it oughta be this time of year!
The National Weather Service at Indy reports they have had measurable precipitation on 46% of the days so far. This is the second highest percentage on record at this point this year with the highest being 52% back in 1890. To put this into perspective, Seattle, WA is only at 40%.
That makes this chart all the more appealing. Precipitation over the next five days. Nothing over an inch.
