The northern quarter of the state has a slight risk for severe weather through the weekend, because of the positioning of a stalled front. Eventually a cold front from the west will hit the “reset” button on our stagnant pattern, but that won’t arrive into central Indiana until Monday morning.

Mostly mythical , yes.Remember that the post-World War II wkoring class idyll was the result of the union-dominated New Deal compromise between the three Bigs Big Business, Big Government, and Big Labor in a world where the aforementioned war had destroyed most non-American industry. It was, to use a favorite Green word, unsustainable.Transpose modern technology onto the 1920s; that’s the truly sustainable state of things.
