Guess what? A Kenyan won a marathon! World silver medalist Emmanuel Mutai did the London Marathon today in an unofficial 2:04:39, to break the previous London mark of 2:05:10 set by compatriot Kenyan Samuel Wanjiru two years ago. Tomorrow is the Boston Marathon, and Robert K. Cheruiyot of Kenya ran that in 2:05:52 in 2010. They all do it more than twice as fast as me. Indiana runners today will deal with chills in the 30’s and 40’s, but no rain until maybe in the north half of the state tonight. Scroll down for the complete forecast.
