This chart shows why a Heat Advisory is in place for all of Central Indiana this afternoon from 1-8 pm. Highs will move into the low-mid 90’s, with dew point temperatures climbing into the 70’s. So: heat index numbers will run from 105-110. Chances of showers and storms are back, and afternoon storms Monday or Tuesday could be severe.
