We go back above average this afternoon, and the humidity will return tomorrow, along with scattered showers and storms. At this time severe weather looks unlikely, much to nobody’s chagrin. More good news: rain amounts should stay under a quarter-inch for most of the state. Unfortunately the system Friday night and Saturday promises higher totes.
