Even warmer today, with less of a wind. The melt down continues, with temperatures today and tomorrow right around average. Expect high clouds by late morning and afternoon. It was one week ago today that Indy measured 11 inches of snow on ground, thanks to about 8 inches on the last night of February and first morning of March. Since then the daily depth measurement was down to 6 inches as of Saturday morning at 7. Sure doesn’t look like we’ll be adding any more any time soon. This chart projects snow totals for the next ten days. (Via weatherbell.com.) WIKIPOTEETIA We had three 50 degree days in Indy in January, and only two in February. None so far this month.
At Indy, the first week of March 2015 is the coldest start to a March since 1980. #inwx
