The F-word is now in play for trick-or-treating (scroll down), as temperatures crash with a strong area of low pressure Friday. The first widespread frosts of the season will strike Saturday and Sunday morning.
Today and tomorrow should be fairly quiet, although an upper level wave will bring cumulus and stratocumulus clouds to the state in the late morning and afternoon. Clouds scatter tonight and there could be some patchy frost Thursday morning.
