Up to two and a half inches (not men) caused trouble across the southern third of the state this morning. Flash Flood Warnings were issued. Water was reported on the road at the Lake Monroe Dam. Bartholomew County cops reported water in the road near the intersection of 13th and Washington in Columbus. Rain will diminish from west to east this afternoon. The next biggest trouble will come with a cold front late Thursday afternoon into Thursday night. We could see heavy rain and a few severe storms.
