Here is a map of the Dense Fog Advisory in place for much of Indiana north and northwest of Indianapolis. Blame yesterday’s moisture, plus this morning’s clearing sky (just above the cloud at ground level) and a very light wind. Fog should burn off by 10am, leading to a partly sunny day in central Indiana and a mostly sunny one in the northern part of the state.
There were widespread reports of 1-3″ rainfall yesterday across the central part of the state, including Indianapolis.
