unsecured objects.

Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Richmond, Mason, Oxford, Miamisburg,
Lebanon, Springboro, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Blue Ash,
Loveland, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale, Montgomery, Eaton, and
Hillsboro.
This includes the following Interstates…
I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 153 and 156.
I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 0 and 15.
I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 16 and 47.
I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 17 and 47.
