Fast Friday Fans will be watching the radar this afternoon, with a scattered shower or storm possible. Here’s one such cell, just after 2pm, southwest of the track.
Nothing severe expected, but there could be a little lightning. Lingering low level moisture could lead to some fog overnight tonight. There might be a stray shower or storm Saturday afternoon, mainly in the eastern third of the state. Sunday is sunny, and a heat streak begins.
The upper atmosphere becomes active again by Wednesday, and may spur severe storms for the state. The early word on Race Weekend? Showers possible Carb Day, dry for the Parade, and for the Race.
