Frigid at first Saturday, with these morning lows:
26 Lafayette
27 Terre Haute
28 Kokomo, Bloomington, Anderson
29 Muncie
30 Indianapolis
It’ll be nice to see some blue sky today, with high pressure firmly in control.
Clouds will return Sunday, with the showers and storms later.
ECLIPSE MONDAY: Expect a slow erosion to clouds by late morning. So confidence continues to be on the rise in optimal conditions for viewing the eclipse. There does still remain some weather model guidance that wants to linger low-clouds closer to midday; however, this is a minimal concern at the moment for Central Indiana. Southwest winds will gust to around 20 mph Monday afternoon.
