* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 103 PM , Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.25
inches of rain have fallen. River and stream gauges indicate
most streams will cr and begin to fall over the next hour
or two.
– Additional rainfall could bring additional flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Shelbyville, Greenfield, Rushville, New Paline, Flat Rock,
Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy,
Manilla, Arlington, Moscow, Waldron, Sandusky, Mays,
Boggstown, New Salem and Marietta.
