– At 102 PM , Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall
across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.25 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Shelbyville, Greenfield, Rushville, New Paline, Flat Rock,
Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy,
Manilla, Arlington, Moscow, Waldron, Sandusky, Mays,
Boggstown, New Salem and Marietta.
