* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1008 AM , Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms earlier today. Minor flooding is ongoing in the
advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have been
reported by volunteer observers.
– Most fast responding creeks and streams in this area will
reach cr and begin falling over the next couple of hours.
Additional heavy rainfall over this same area later this
afternoon could bring additional flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Plainfield, Brownsburg, Greencastle, Danville, Avon,
Pittsboro, Cloverdale, Monrovia, Clayton, Roachdale,
Bainbridge, Fillmore, Coatesville, North Salem, Lizton, Amo,
Russellville, Stilesville, Groveland and Belle Union.
