* WHEN…Until 1130 PM .
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 818 PM , the public reported heavy rain in the advisory
area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1.75 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Lebanon, Zionsville, Wfield,
Cicero, Whitown, Ulen and Morse Reservoir.
