How low can we go… on the snow totals? We could see a few flurries north and northeast of Muncie with a cold front Tuesday afternoon.
Otherwise: snow shower chances are on hold until Friday afternoon and evening. Indy’s only recorded 4.2 inches of snow this season. Typical total by now would be 18.7 inches! It appears we’re on our way to the second consecutive low-snow Winter.
Overall precipitation totals for the year are an inch ABOVE average, thanks to the wet January. A quarter-inch or less is expected over the next ten days. Most of that will come Thursday morning, and Friday afternoon/evening.
