Idalia made landfall in the Florida Big Bend about 7:45 this morning at a Category 3 storm. Maximum sustained winds were estimated to be 125 mph. Catastrophic storm surge and damaging winds are occurring along the coast of the Florida Big Bend and damaging winds are spreading inland over northern Florida.
