The month of August (and Meteorological Summer) both end one week from today. The month has been close to normal on precipitation, but the Summer season was dry overall thanks to big stretch of small rainfall in June and July. It accounts for the bulk of our year-to-date rain deficit.
Some places might get a little rain Friday, but for most…most of this rain will come Monday and Tuesday. (Adding to August!)
