(Via @NWSIndianapolis.) 22F this AM at IND is only the 32nd time it’s been so cold in April in 150 yrs, and only the 9th time since 1980, a once in ~5-year occurrence.
Although it has not been this cold at IND in April since 1997, when it dropped to 22F and then 18F, on the 8th and 9th that month. #INwx
