The rain was heavy yesterday around Columbus. A co-op observer near Columbus reported 3.68 inches. Another co-op observer near Ellettsville in Monroe County counted 1.75 inches. Here are some other totals: .62″ Terre Haute .20″ Shelbyville .13″ Indy .00″ Muncie and Lafayette That aforementioned stationary front moves back north as a warm front Thursday, in response to low pressure system that will arrive in Indiana, setting the stage for scattered showers and storms after midnight Wednesday night through Saturday afternoon.
