Look at this map of rain yesterday and tell me I-74 is just an innocent interstate.
Radar indicates as much as 3 inches of rain in between I-74 and I-65 northwest of Indy. Over an inch of rain generally fell near I-74 from up in Boone County down to Shelby County. Heavy rain also fell Tuesday, although it was not as widespread. Here is a list of all the National Weather Service reports Wednesday.
That’s it for awhile. Here’s the forecast for the next five days. That little bit of green for northwest Indiana reflects a rain chance later Monday. That should get to central Indiana by Tuesday.
