Most of the state north of I-70 is under a Frost Advisory 4-9am Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. The current record low for May 15 in Indy is 35, from 1973. It’s gonna be close. The temperature and wind speed will both a bit too high for widespread frost, and a hard freeze is certainly not expected. Still: if you’re north of Indy and a little paranoid about a recent planting, cover ’em up tonight. One computer scheme for low temps is shown below (via weatherbell.com) and it indicated temps below freezing in Wisconsin and the U.P. of Michigan.
