Everything was so chill. And then it chilled for real. This had been the winter-that-wasn’t…for the most part in central Indiana. EVANSVILLE has had more snow than Indy (14.2 versus 13.3 inches) but our recent cool spell is going to sit a spell. Don’t expect any huge turnaround until sometime around April 17-20.
