— HeatwavEntertainment (@HeatwaveKaraoke) December 25, 2015 It follows the warmest Christmas Eve since 1982. That was another El Nino December. Don’t get cocky, kid. The very next December (1983) we set a record low of -15. I remember it well. I was doing the morning show that week on WNDE in Indy, and we had no garage or carport. Maybe that’s when the anti-cold bias started. PS: After doing some research, I discovered a pro-snow bias from Moms Nature in recent years. Click here. Heavy rain is a possibility this weekend. Two to four inches could fall in central Indiana. The southern third of the state is again under a marginal risk of severe weather Saturday afternoon and evening. PAUL’S PREVIOUS PREDICTION The Christmas Eve high was 56. My forecast was 54. INDY ALMANAC The average high today is 36 and the average low is 22. Records are 64 and -15. The sun rises at 8:04 am and sets at 5:26 pm. INDY SEVEN DAY FORECAST Today: Partly to mostly cloudy. High 52. Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 46. Saturday: Rain likely, mainly in the afternoon.
