The moisture is moving out faster than the cold is moving in. The Weather Service cancelled an Advisory for places like South Bend and Lafayette. Those areas could still see around an inch of accumulation tonight, but most of central Indiana will get less than an inch, and most of that will be on grassy surfaces, as surface temps stay near or above freezing. The biggest chance will be between 6pm and 6am. Winds may gust to 30 mph.
A few flurries may fly early Christmas Day, otherwise our next storm brings rain Saturday.
It could end with a few flakes mixed in late Sunday night. The *next* chance would be arriving on New Years Eve.
HAPPY NEW YEAR! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
