May finishes on a high note today, with high temps in the mid 80s, lots of sun, and little humidity. We should be into the mid 70s by lunch time after a clear, crisp, seasonably cool start.
Today’s the 7th consecutive day of above average temperatures. Tomorrow ties the longest streak of the year, and Monday extends it. Highs should remain above normal all next week.
If you’re going to the Indy Eleven game tonight – weather will be nice and warm. Tempers will fall from 80 into the mid 80s during the game under a clear sky.
The upper level ridge above us will break down a bit and the jet stream will southward a little closer to us by late Sunday evening. That starts a parade of storm chances all next week. A good chance Monday, slight chances Tuesday and Wednesday, and better chances again Thursday and Friday.
INDY ALMANAC:
