Temperatures recover today, making a cameo appearance above average. There will be more sunshine overall, but clouds will still crowd the sky at times, especially from Indy south/southeastward. Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.
Low pressure pinwheels into the Great Lakes tomorrow and swings a cold front across our part of the state in the morning. Winds will pick up this afternoon and evening, and gust to 45 mph tomorrow. Showers are possible from after midnight tonight until Wednesday afternoon. Our highs tomorrow should come in the middle of the day.
Another one-day stay of nice weather is waiting Thursday. The first day of Spring should become mostly sunny. It won’t last. A warm front arrives Thursday night. We’ll shoot up to 60 Friday, with showers and storms along a cold front later in the day.
Behind that front: we return to our default 2014 position, which is COLD.
