Once again temperatures will be below average. That’s been the case the second half of February. Since the 15th of the month there have only been two days where the Indy temp has averaged above normal. West/southwest winds around 10 mph yield wind chills in then 20s. The sky will finally clear later tonight, setting the stage for Sunday sunshine. Biggest weather story this weekend? Yet another East Coast storm that will eventually bring more snow to New England. There’s also snow falling in Wisconsin and Michigan. Our next storm system is still organizing to the West this weekend. Clouds increase Monday, with rain chances starting late afternoon. That will switch to snow on Tuesday. No big accumulations next week, just enough to keep it cold. INDY ALMANAC: The average high today is 43 and the average low is 26. Records are 71 and -1.
