Storms in the northern half of Indiana have produced hail in Anderson and Pendleton, where heavy rain was also reported. There was hail in Kokomo, and winds snapped a telephone poll in Fulton, Indiana. Power lines and limbs were blown down in Cass County. Power lines were also brought down in Miami County. Facebook follower Bill Padget reported almost 2″ rain in northern Tipton county. Mel Westerfield on Facebook say he received 3″ rain in one hour over by 465 & Hwy 40/W.Washington
There was a 52 mph wind gust in Marion, and wind damage reported elsewhere in Grant County. Wells, Blackford, and Adams county all noted some wind damage today.
A 40 mph wind gust was reported near Anderson, and street flooding in Tipton. One observer to the East of Anderson measured 1.28 inches of rain in 45 minutes.
