Seems the unseasonably warm temperatures left town along with Al Roker and Al Michaels. Sunny, mild weather made a zip-line for the exits. Highs in the 50’s and 60’s? LMFAO!
Fog won’t be as widespread today, mainly because other clouds are crowding in from the north. A cold front is moving through central Indiana today. An area of low pressure tonight could bring a quick half-inch of snow to metro Indy, and a few flurries could linger Wednesday morning. Flurries are possible again Friday with a reinforcing shot of even colder air.
It will have to snow A LOT more than that to dent our deficit in that department. The season-to-date total is 6.9 inches. Normal is 18.2 inches, and in the over-achieving winter of 2010-2011 we’d already made it to 33.4 inches.
