(ORIGINAL POST FROM AUGUST 10TH):
I went to the Great American Ball Park with my son Graham a few weeks ago, and had such a great time…I went back last week with Mrs. P. to see Paul McCartney. Before I show you a couple of pics from MY two trips… I want to give away two trips! Just go to my Facebook Fan Page and “LIKE” the link to the http://www.cincinnatiusa.com/ web site. At the end of the week I will randomly choose two of those who “liked” it. Winners receive:
TWO SETS OF 4 VOUCHERS FOR A REDS GAME. THAT’S TWO FAMILY FOUR PACKS!
Plus: a Cincinnati USA Visitors Guide, Pocket Brochure, and Reds Schedule.
You have until 6pm Friday August 12. Winners will be announced and contacted Saturday August 13. The link may be posted on the Fan Page more than once. If so, liking any of those posts will enter you into the contest. Good luck!
Now, off to the Great American Ball Park:
My son and I mobile-carbo-loaded along I -74.
We took a tour of iconic Cincy radio station WLW, where our friend Tom Davis does news. And everyone else does La Rosas, an iconic Cincy ‘za.
Allow some pre-game time to explore the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. Their exhibit on Johnny Bench made me feel like a Big Red Machine kid again.
What’s better than a day at the Ballpark with your boy?
We had great seats and a great time. It was a little hot:)
Here’s the Ball Park in concert configuration for the Cute Beatle. Notice we’re a bit farther away this time. Mrs. P. and I witnessed a three hour party that probably coulda gone six!
Hello Cincinnati! Reds! Red jacket! I get it. This guy’s sharp. He’s got a future in show biz. The McCartney show was the first big concert at GABP, and the sound was impressive, and so were the video screens. Can I get that in my living room?
All in all…two Great American Summer Trips. And remember, you have two chances to win your OWN trip to the GABP. Go to my Facebook page now, and good luck! PLAY BALL!
