It will be a partly to mostly sunny day, and the humidity should start to gradually fall this afternoon. In central Indiana we will finally break a streak of Excessive Heat Warnings, although the high will still get to around 90 degrees in the Metro Indy area. If you didn’t see rain yesterday, and many didn’t, that’s it until Friday.
The “heat dome” in the middle part of the atmosphere has retreated to the west/southwest of us, where it will still be miserable today. We’re not through yet with the mid 90’s, though. Take a look at the extended forecast:
