Storms bubbled up in the late afternoon heat along and just south of I-70 east of Indianapolis Wednesday afternoon. This chart shows the doppler radar estimate of rainfall. Those areas with the darkest shades saw over two inches fall in a short period of time. There were also reports of gusty winds and hail with these storms.
