The Big Picture still hasn’t changed with our Christmas Storm. The heaviest precipitation will be Thursday afternoon into Christmas Eve. By then temps at all layers will be warm enough for just plain rain in Central Indiana. And lots of it. There will probably be more than an inch. And winds will whip to 20-30mph. Good thing Santa’s padded; it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.
There will be showers today and tonight. Areas north and northeast of Indianapolis should watch for freezing rain to mix in especially Wednesday morning and again Wednesday Night through Thursday morning. Temps will warm enough Thursday morning to change everything to rain in Central Indiana.
