* At 642 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Vermilion Regional Airport, or 9 miles north of
Danville, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.
SOURCE…Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
