...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Randolph
County through 630 PM EDT...
At 607 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms capable of producing a landspout 7 miles northwest of
Winchester, or 11 miles southeast of Dunkirk. These storms were
nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Landspouts and winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Winchester, Parker City, Farmland, Ridgeville, and Saratoga.
