...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Vigo,
northern Monroe, southern Morgan, Brown, southwestern Johnson,
northeastern Sullivan, northwestern Bartholomew, Clay, Owen and
southwestern Putnam Counties through 400 PM EDT...

At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles south of Terre Haute to 11 miles north
of Spencer to near Columbus. Movement was southwest at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bloomington, Terre Haute, Columbus, Martinsville, Spencer, Nashville,
Ellettsville, Edinburgh, Cloverdale, Princes Lakes, Shelburn,
Farmersburg, Morgantown, Clay City, Gosport, Hymera, Paragon, Center
Point, Clifford, and Riley.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 70 and 78.
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 7 and 31.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
