...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SULLIVAN AND GREENE
COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 AM EDT...
At 1040 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Linton, or 29 miles northeast of Vincennes, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lyons, Newberry, Bloomfield, Solsberry, Pleasantville, Worthington,
Linton, Owensburg, and Switz City.
