...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of west central Hancock
and northeastern Marion Counties through 400 PM EDT...
At 347 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Indianapolis, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Warren Park, Lawrence, and Indianapolis.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 86 and 92.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
