The tornado produced mainly EF0 damage for this western-most segment, including EF1 damage where a pole barn was destroyed immediately northeast of the new start location. .Brownsburg Tornado... Rating: EF2 Estimated Peak Wind: 120 mph Path Length /statute/: 13.03 miles Path Width /maximum/: 200 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 1 Start Date: 04/02/2025 Start Time: 09:05 PM EDT Start Location: 3 NNE Danville / Hendricks County / IN Start Lat/Lon: 39.8050 / -86.4958 End Date: 04/02/2025 End Time: 09:21 PM EDT End Location: 5 NNE Clermont / Marion County / IN End Lat/Lon: 39.8776 / -86.2733 Survey Summary: The tornado began in rural areas between Danville and Brownsburg before tracking into the southern portion of the downtown Brownsburg area causing sporadic tree and roof damage across the southern portions of the town. The most significant damage occurred along Northfield Drive with damage to several warehouses. One injury occurred at a warehouse where the wall caved in. Over 20 homes in the Branches neighborhood had roof and minor structure damage.
