...NWS Damage Survey for 04/02/2025 Tornado Event Update #7...

.Update...Hendricks County EF2 tornado track extended farther west-
southwest

Additional NWS survey confirmed damage started near the
intersection of County Roads 300 North and 150 East which extends
the track 3.46 miles back to the WSW. The tornado produced mainly
EF0 damage for this western-most segment, including EF1 damage 
where a pole barn was destroyed immediately northeast of the new 
start location.

Survey Summary:
The tornado began in rural areas between Danville and Brownsburg
before tracking into the southern portion of the downtown
Brownsburg area causing sporadic tree and roof damage across the 
southern portions of the town. The most significant damage 
occurred along Northfield Drive with damage to several warehouses.
One injury occurred at a warehouse where the wall caved in. Over 
20 homes in the Branches neighborhood had roof and minor structure
damage. Additional tree damage occurred in Eagle Creek Park with 
the tornado lifting near I-65.
