* Until 1130 PM EDT.
* At 1057 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Bloomington to Bedford to 10 miles southeast of
Shoals, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Smithville, Tunnelton, Gnaw Bone, Bartlettsville, Vallonia,
Spurgeons Corner, Medora, Avoca, Pleasant View, Monroe Reservoir,
Mitchell, Woodville Hills, Elkinsville, Charles Deam Wilderness,
Stone Head, Story, Heltonville, Norman, Waymansville, and Oolitic.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for south central
Indiana. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for
central and south central Indiana.
