This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.
.DAY ONE…Through Tonight.
Rain will change to snow late tonight with light accumulations
expected. The greatest accumulations are expected across north and
northeast portions of central Indiana where 1-3 inches of snow is
possible.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday.
Snow showers will continue Sunday with light accumulations possible
along with winds gusts to 40 mph.
Bitterly cold air returns by Sunday night and persists through the
rest of next week. Wind chill values below zero are possible each
day. Cold weather headlines may be needed in future forecast
issuances.

Spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts late tonight into
Sunday.

A Flood Watch is in effect through midday Sunday for the potential
of 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain which may lead to river rises and
flooding. Most of the heavy rain will fall this evening and tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday.
Bitterly cold air returns by late weekend and persists through the
rest of next week. Wind chill values below zero are possible each
day. Cold weather headlines may be needed in future forecast
issuances.
