As of 6pm Lafayette is getting snow, and visibilities are under a mile. Snow will accumulate in the Upper Wabash Valley. Near and north of I-70, freezing rain will continue to develop early this evening. Plain rain will continue across southern counties. Be aware of slick roads today this evening across the region’s northern half.Greatest ice accumulation rates are expected to be this evening.
