Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Muhlenberg, Todd, Trigg, Union KY,
and Webster, and all of southeast Missouri except Perry county,

Carter, Mississippi, New Madrid, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard, and
Wayne MO.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

– Ongoing rain with a forecast of widespread 1.5 to 2.5 inches
average rainfall amounts across the Watch area. Localized
higher totals in the 3 to 4 inch range are possible.
