Snow squalls may reduce visibility to zero briefly this afternoon across central Indiana.
See where they are right now on My Huge Radar. Wind chills will drop to just below zero late tonight and tomorrow morning.
There is a smaller, clipper-like system arriving tomorrow afternoon. There will be some snow showers. Amounts appear to be light, only a couple of hundredths liquid equivalent especially from I-70 northward. Little accumulation, but combined with cold ground and very cold air, this could lead to a quick coating on road surfaces.
This cold snap only lasts a couple days. Weekend temperatures will warm up to near to slightly above normal. There will also be a couple of upper waves moving through bringing multiple chances for precipitation.
