Quiet weather continues with the Ohio Valley under the influence of broad high pressure over the Tennessee Valley. The surface high will sag into the southeast U S through the courseof the day as low pressure tracks across the northern Great Lakes.
This will put Indiana between two big differences in air pressure, which will translate to a breezy afternoon and night. Expect a few afternoon gusts to 25 mph.
A warming trend kicks in this weekend, ending once more mid-week. Cold air follows Tuesday night and Wednesday. Best chances for some flurries or light snow showers will be in the eastern part of the state. This cold snap only lasts a couple of days. Yay.
