Dreary today, but not nearly as dreary as it will be for Mister Weatherman when the snowflakes fly next week! (Scroll down.) Our next big rain chance holds until Tuesday.
Surface high pressure on that map to the west moves directly overhead by this evening before shifting northeastward later tonight. There will be some breaks in the clouds Saturday, and Sunday’s pretty nice, by second-half-of-November standards. There could be light showers late Sunday night into early Monday morning as moisture moves in ahead of the approaching low pressure system that will bring us rain Tuesday and Wednesday. And a few snowflakes mixing in by Thursday!
Look at all that beneficial rain Wednesday night into Thursday.
