Via @NWSIndianapolis… Remember rain? Well we’ve got some on the way and, of course, it’s going to be on Halloween. A potent storm system over the Plains will arrive tomorrow with a trick rather than a treat. Rain will start over the upper Wabash Valley toward daybreak. The rain will be ending during the afternoon over the upper Wabash Valley but linger into the late afternoon and evening east of I-69.
