creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded.

– Ongoing rain shield likely will stall as Tropical Depression
Helene merges with an upper level disturbance across central
Kentucky. Rain rates will not be as high as earlier, but
steady moderate amounts could cause some localized flooding.
